Access Your Report

Log in below with the username and password you were provided with your Pre-Inspection Agreement to access your home inspection report. Once logged in, you will find two links, one for a ‘Report Summary’ only, and one for the ‘Full Inspection Report’. The Summary Report is most useful for quickly seeing any items needing repairs or attention, and for creating a repair/request list for any items you may want to bring up with the seller. The built in Create Request List will let you quickly and easily add items to a repair list or addendum to provide to the seller, or to make to-do lists for a contractor or yourself for any repairs you may wish to have done. The full report includes all items from the Summary Report, plus additional useful information about the home and it’s components so please make sure to review the full report as well.
